GRADUATION MARCH 2003

Kelly
A.
Kelly, age 17, is most proud of her completion of the Mount Bachelor Academy Program and overcoming the disappointment of being dropped from her original peer group. After graduation, Kelly will move into the Graduate Residence to finish her junior year of high school. In July of this year, she will return home to spend time with her family and friends and will work at Barnes ‘n’ Noble. Kelly will attend Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Arizona. Her future plan is to go to the University of California in Los Angeles to major in Business Management or Interior Design.
Ravi B.
Ravi, age 18, has had many growth experiences during his stay at Mount Bachelor Academy. The accomplishments of which he is most proud include his involvement in the Bridge and Promise Lifesteps and in Intervention. Ravi is looking forward to spending the summer at home in Saratoga, California, and then attending the University of Miami in Florida next fall. He plans to study business management and get his teaching credential.
Matthew
B.
Matt, 17 years old, is most proud of his accomplishments at Mount Bachelor Academy, especially the work he did in his Venture Lifestep. He has facilitated in The Promise Lifestep and has always been ready to be in service when needed.
After graduation, Matt will return to the Graduate Residence to finish his junior year of high school. He will spend the summer at home with his family and work at Century City Shopping Mall in Los Angeles, California. In the fall, Matt will attend Cushing Academy in Ashburn, Massachusetts.
Erin
C.
Erin, age 17, is most proud of the positive relationship she has developed with her family, while at Mount Bachelor Academy. She facilitated the Bridge Lifestep, which she feels was important to her own growth. Erin is also proud of completing the program, “finally finishing something I started”. Following graduation, Erin will return home to Bainbridge Island, Washington, to take a one-week break before beginning independent studies at Bainbridge Island Learning Center. There she will finish her junior year of high school with the help of her tutor.
Joseph
E.
Joey,
18 years old, is especially proud of what he learned in the Forever
Young Lifestep. He
feels that the Promise Lifestep had the most impact on his emotional
growth and is proud of finishing the entire program.
After graduation, Joey will attend the Graduate Residence to finish
high school. He will
then live and work in the United
States and
Cairo,
Egypt.
In the fall of 2004, Joey would like to enroll in one of several
colleges including; Lewis and Clark in Portland,
Oregon, or Pepperdine
in California.
